FADE IN: 
EXT. BUSH/TREE IN EMPTY FIELD – EARLY MORNING 
A GIRL wakes up with heavy rave makeup left on from the night before. Her eyes open slowly blinded by the light as she slowly picks herself up. She is surrounded by red cups, glow sticks and other reminders of the night before. S 
GIRL (V.0.) 
What the f- 
She hits her head on a branch. 
GIRL   
Ouchhh. 
She stands up and steps on a cup, liquid pours out. 
GIRL  
(groans)  
INT. CLUB – NIGHT (FLASHBACK) 
GIRL pours a significant amount of vodka into a red cup. 
EXT. BUSH/TREE IN EMPTY FIELD – EARLY MORNING 
She stumbles through her pockets and finds her phone, flooded with concerned messages. She begins to type a response and an alert pops up on her phone. "iPhone needs to cool down before you can use it". It turns off.  
GIRL   
Bull-shit.  
She continues to search through her pockets. She pulls out a small packet of pills.  
INT. CLUB – NIGHT (FLASHBACK) 
She finds the pills on the floor and later takes some with a drink.   
EXT. BUSH/TREE IN EMPTY FIELD – EARLY MORNING 
GIRL (V.O.) 
Jeez, where even am I? 
INT. BEDRROM – EVENING(FLASHBACK) 
Looking at google maps on laptop screen.  
GIRL  
Guys don't you think that 40 miles is  
     a bit far to go just for one 'rave' 

EXT. BUSH/TREE IN EMPTY FIELD – EARLY MORNING 
Hopelessly tries to turn on phone. Looks confused at shirt she is wearing.  
   GIRL (V.O.) 
This is not my shirt.  
INT. CLUB – NIGHT (FLASHBACK) 
A drink is spilt on her.  
GIRL  
Shoot.   
EXT. BUSH/TREE IN EMPTY FIELD – EARLY MORNING 
GIRL (V.O) 
Nice one. Wait, I had a bag. I had a bag??  
I need my bag! 
INT. CLUB – NIGHT (FLASHBACK) 
She grabs her bag and throws up in it.  
GIRL (V.O.) 
Oh, gross.  

EXT. BUSH/TREE IN EMPTY FIELD – EARLY MORNING 
After stumbling about and looking defeated, she walks away.  

FADE OUT: 
FADE IN:  

EXT. BUSY ROAD – DAYTIME 

GIRL is stood by side of the road, attempting to hitchhike.

How far does Blade Runner reflect the auteur signature features of Riddley Scott?

Riddley Scott is seen by many as a filmmaker whose individual style and complete control over all elements of production gives a film its personal and unique stamp – this is known as an auteur. Scott is known for his notable films such as 'Alien' (1979), 'Gladiator' (2000), 'Prometheus' (2012), and of course 'Blade Runner' (1982). One element of Scott's films that contributes to the auteur theory is his narratives are often stories of Horror, Science Fiction/Fantasy, or historical events. 'Blade Runner' is undoubtable a Science Fiction/Fantasy film but interestingly further includes conventions of Horror as well. All his films center around a pivotal event, mostly on a short timeline, that surround escaping or finding something.   Review  'Lolita'  (1997) Arguab ly  one of  the most  controversial  films of its decade, Adrian Lyne's 'Lolita' is a captivating adaptation of the highly acclaimed  Vladimir Nabokov's  1955 novel of the same title. Comparing Lyne's adaptation to the earlier Stanley Kubrick's  'Lolita'  of   1962, I was rather  surprised  to much prefer Lyne's take on the story.   C onsidering how sexual a lot of Stanley Kubrick's films are, his version of Lolita is restrained in the sexual aspects of the story, failing to go where its story begs for it to go to. It fades to black in key sequences, and lets the audience imagine what is happening between Professor Humbert and Lolita.
